elfrc software package provides convert arbitrary files into elf objects, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install elfrc
elfrc is installed in your system.
Make ensure the elfrc package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep elfrc *
You will get with elfrc package name, version, architecture and description in a table
